Death has come to another legend of the Elk River & Yampa Valley on January 13, 2021.  Deal Look was a neighbor, friend and family to many!

Dean and his twin brother Dale, were born to Norman & Lola Look on March 23 ,1934 in Steamboat Springs, Colorado.  They were in the class of 1952 at Steamboat Springs High School.  Dean married Joan A. Huffman in 1957 and they were blessed with two girls, Tina and Tara and two boys, Wade and Del.  Dean and Joan lived on the ranch that his grandfather homesteaded in 1901.

In addition to his parents he was predeceased by his twin brother Dale, wife Joan and granddaughter Angela.  Surviving are his sister Shirley, children Tina, Tara, Wade and Del, 10 grandchildren, Justin, Jordan, Kalee, Allee, Lexy, Kady, Molly, Kelsey, Kyle and Isabella, and 2 great grandchildren Ronin and Quinten.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 23, 2021 at 10:00AM at the Yampa Valley Funeral Home. A graveside service will immediately follow at the Hahns Peak Cemetery.
