Delbert A. Herman, born on December 30th 1940 in Cope, Colorado to Toby and Emily Herman, was the youngest of their 7 Children. He lived all 79 years in Colorado with the exception of 3 years He served in the U.S. Army. After returning to Colorado, his work ethic was the strongest ever seen. In between starting a family, Del worked in a number of fields before settling in to excavating, to which helped him build his mini Empire that most know him for today.
