James William Bailey, 76, a long time resident of Routt County passed away December 31, 2106 at his home in Craig surrounded by his family.  A Graveside service will be held 10 a.m., Monday, January 9, 2017 at Elk Mountain Cemetery. A memorial service will follow graveside services at 12 p.m. at the United Methodist Church in Steamboat Springs with a reception after.  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Yampa Valley Medical Center Foundation "Children's Library in the Jan Bishop Cancer Center" PO Box 883415 Steamboat Springs, CO 80488. Yampa Valley Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
