Oliver Keith Spencer's Obituary
Oliver Keith "Papa Keith" Spencer, 89, long time resident of Routt County passed away July 17th at his home surrounded by family. A memorial will be held 10:00 a.m., Saturday, August 26, 2017 at Hayden Congregational Church. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hope West 575 3rd St. Meeker, CO 81641 or Northwest Colorado Hospice 940 Central Park Dr. Suite 101 Steamboat Springs, CO 80487.
