Phyllis R. Morrow, of Rockville, Maryland, died at Casey's Pond on October 30, 2022. She is preceded in death by her husband Dr. Andrew Morrow, daughter Katherine, and grandson Rubin. She is survived by daughter Betsy Masters(John), son Andrew, and grandchildren: Kelly, Liza, Katie, Emelia, Haley, Christana, and Andrew. The family is forever indebted to the hospice care providers and the nursing staff at the Doak Walker House. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to Northwest Co Health Hospice.
