On September 8, 2021, Robert "Bob" Miller Cordell passed away at home. Bob was born on June 1, 1952, in Glendale California. He was raised in San Diego by Robert Eugene and Margarete Cordell. His childhood was filled with surfing, water polo, and baseball. He attended San Diego State University, obtaining a bachelor's degree in industrial arts.

Following graduation, Bob found his way to Steamboat Springs Colorado, where he discovered his love for the mountains while leaving the ocean behind. Bob traded his surfboard in for a pair of skis and turned them into 30 plus years of ski patrol for the Steamboat Ski area. His summer hobbies were filled with rafting and kayaking while he was not building custom cabinets and refinishing custom homes. The love he had for the outdoors was only surpassed by his love for his family.

Bob is survived by his wife Jennifer and their son Kyle; Sister Rita (Glen) Biasi and brother Rick Cordell. He was preceded in death by his daughter Heidi Marie Cordell.
